From the gold belt to the silver screen.
It’s been a whirlwind few days for Conor McGregor as he continues to dominate the headlines following his historic 13-second knockout of Jose Aldo at UFC 194.
The finish has cemented ‘The Notorious’ as the biggest draw in all of mixed martial arts, with his octagonal exploits apparently reaching as far Tinseltown.
Mark Wahlberg, a fan of McGregor, was asked by TMZ after the fight whether he would consider working alongside the undisputed UFC featherweight champion of the world in movies and his answer would suggest that he already has a project in mind for the outspoken Irishman.
“We talked about him [McGregor] for something,” Wahlberg said. “We like him.
“Absolutely, in the right role he could be great.”
