Conor McGregor’s social media notifications would have been quite active on Thursday night.
The UFC interim featherweight champion posted perhaps his most controversial message of all when he hit back at online criticism of his decision to wear a poppy at a UFC event two years ago.
These fans voiced their disapproval of McGregor’s comments on Facebook.
Twitter was also awash with supporters condemning the Dubliner.
