What’s the first word that comes to mind when Donald Cerrone thinks of Conor McGregor?
“Pussy!”
That’s what Cowboy said when asked the question in a media scrum ahead of his lightweight title bout with Rafael dos Anjos this weekend.
The 155 lb top contender has been one of few men to fire back at McGregor in the trash-talking stakes and could well be up against ‘The Notorious’ next as the Irishman has indicated a desire to jump straight up to the lightweight division to take on its champion.
And Cerrone doesn’t seem too concerned about McGregor’s recent work with movement guru Ido Portal.
“Someone asked me if I had a movement coach and I said I have no fucking idea what a movement coach is. So he can work with a fucking ballerina. I don’t give a shit what the kid does, you know. Whatever helps him out. Like sure, if you think movement coach, jumping over sticks and shit is gonna help you, it fucking might. I don’t know. Maybe I’m in the dark ages here.”
Imagine these two on a world tour, the potential sound bites are making our heads spin.
