The Irish Open gets underway next week, and hopefully every major Irish name in world golf will be there on day one at Royal County Down.
Rory McIlroy,Graeme McDowell and Shane Lowry are all set to play the event, but there is major concern that Padraig Harrington may be forced to miss it.
The Dubliner pulled out of this week’s BMW Championship at Wentworth after just two holes on day one complaining of a shoulder injury.
He has just under a week to try and get the problem sorted and by the looks of things he is going to try every cure known to man and Western medicine to try and be fit:
