Ulster University have obliterated the standards set by other colleges with unreal new jersey

This jersey is art in it's finest form

Niall McIntyre

We don’t think this can be topped.

Ulster university have been waiting in the wings.

They’ve seen the fine efforts made by DCU, they’ve taken note of Mary I’s modern belter, they looked at the best UCD could muster, and then they only went and created an absolute beauty, a jersey that will surely hog the top ranks when we compile our list of the best college jerseys of this year.

The freshers, intermediate and senior footballers of the college will have the honour of wearing this bad boy when they get their league campaigns up and running this week, and their opponents will surely be jealous.

It’s a big year for the college, as they attempt to win their first title since the 2007/2008 season, and they will be attempting to do so in style.

We’re massive fans of the sky blue, which is brought to life with the new faded O’Neill’s design.

The two yellow hoops around the sleeves are pure class, and the gold logo on the right hand sleeve makes it look even better.

We’re finding it hard to pick a fault with this one, because the white patch across the middle blends in perfectly with the whole jersey.

The training top isn’t too shabby, either.

Fair play to them.
