This is just brilliant.
Conor McManus is the perfect role model.
He’s got loads of talent – more than most. He’s worked damn hard to improve his conditioning – more than most. And he’s an all-round nice guy leading one of the top sides in Ireland.
The Monaghan full forward bagged a 1-6 tally for himself yesterday as the Farney booked their spot in the Ulster final with victory over Fermanagh.
And the Clontibret man had plenty of time for fans afterwards as well.
He was captured in this wonderfully sweet Sportsfile photograph taken with a young fan after the game.
Lovely photo here. @ConorMcManus_15 seems to be a role model on and off the pitch for everyone! #TopPlayer #GAA pic.twitter.com/KG30jICEeS

He’s the perfect football player for young kids to look up to and it seems that his status is only growing with each passing performance.
