It’s been a day of high excitement in West Kerry.
The crew and stars of Top Gear in are hanging out in the Kingdom this weekend, filming a segment of the BBC show which is to go to air in late May.
Hosts Matt LeBlanc and Chris Evans have been spotted in Kerry the last few days pulling pints and enjoying all the sights and sounds the fine folk of the south-west have to offer.
As part of the filming schedule, a special game was organised this morning for the show between An Ghaeltacht and Dingle GAA club.
There was fierce excitement among the natives, who promised anyone who wanted to turn up for the game, would be given a chance at playing.
And in true Kerry style, the natives did not disappoint.

Hopefully, someone in Dingle helpfully told matt the Irish for “how you doin?” which would be probably “cen chaoi ina bhfuil tú?” if our Leaving Cert Gaeilge serves us right.
