Imagine trying to play football in that.
The Leinster senior football final between St. Loman’s Mullingar and Moorefield has been postponed due to a snow-covered O’Moore park in Portlaoise.
The decider was due to take place in the Laois county grounds at 2.00 on Sunday afternoon, but on the back of some heavy overnight snow, the pitch inspectors have decided to postpone the game until next Sunday, 17 December in the same venue.
It probably didn’t take the inspectors too long to come to that decision…

Loman’s are marginal favourites going into the game, but it promises to be a classic.
In fairness, St. Loman’s fans might have known the decision was coming when they were building snowmen yesterday.
The snowman is dressed in blue and white for Sunday!!! Make sure you are too! @gaaleinster @AIB_GAA #TheToughest 🔵⚪️🔵⚪️🔵⚪️🔵⚪️ pic.twitter.com/0c21wNO4hH
