Dublin boss Ger Brennan made his return to the sideline, following a 12-week ban, for his side's All-Ireland round 2B win over Cavan.
The game was close for a large period, but the Sky Blues eventually pulled away for a 1-24 to 0-16 win at Breffni Park.
After the game, he was asked about the controversy surrounding the harshness of his suspension, which was for an altercation with a member of the Galway backroom team during their National League game.
Brennan revealed that he discussed the issue with GAA president Jarlath Burns: "Grand. Yeah, just getting on with sport again.
"Well look, my solicitor issued a statement last week and I don't really have a whole lot more to say on it.
"Some lovely bits of support from around the country, friends, family, the county board and the management team and what not.
"To be fair to Jarlath Burns, he did ring me last week, we had a very sincere, honest, friendly conversation.
"He apologised, I accepted it.
"We move on and concentrate on the football from here on in and then Congress 2027 is probably an opportunity to try and put [issues about the severity of the sanction] right.
"I just want to concentrate on football going forward."
Dublin are now into round 3, where they will face one of Armagh, Mayo or Donegal.
In line with what most fans want, Brennan was clear that he is in favour of a potential home game being played in Parnell Park rather than Croke Park, which would be far from full for the fixture.
Speaking with Off the Ball, Brennan said: "If we got the home draw, I'd like us to play in Parnell Park and get out of Croke Park."
