The draw has been made and the football quarter finals look absolutely unreal

Dublin are in for a tester

The draw for the All-Ireland quarter finals was made on RTÉ Radio One and boy are we excited.

Both games will take place in Croke Park next Saturday, and it’s set to be a blockbuster day in GAA HQ.

Jim Gavin’s all-conquering Dublin side are in hot pursuit of a third successive Sam Maguire, and they will have to overcome the challenge of Monaghan in order to keep this dream alive.

On the other side of the draw, Ulster champions Tyrone have been pitted to face off against Kieran McGeeney’s Armagh in an all Ulster battle.

Kerry will be awaiting the winner of these clashes in the semi-final, after they overcame the challenge of Galway on Sunday, and the winners of Mayo and Roscommon will also be involved.

Dublin V Monaghan – Saturday August 5th, 4pm.

Tyrone Armagh – Saturday August 5th, 6pm.
