Meath 2-18 Antrim 1-20, at least that’s what we’re led to believe.
The Christy Ring Cup final ended in controversial style as many Antrim fans believe that Meath’s narrow victory should not stand because, according to some in Croke Park, the game actually ended in a draw.
Journalists in attendance agreed that the final score should have been a 2-17 to 1-20 draw which would have taken the tie to extra time.
Antrim manager Dominic McKinley echoed those sentiments as he suggested that the incorrect score was registered in the dying stages of the game, believed to be a scoreboard malfunction in the 63rd minute.
A Niall McKenna score for Antrim was allegedly added to Meath’s total accidentally.
It’s understood that the Antrim management team were given a DVD of the game by TG4 to review the footage.
I'm convinced there has been a major mistake in Croke Park today over final score of Antrim v Meath. It should have ended a draw.

So was there a mistake at Croke Park today in the Antrim v Meath hurling game, ended up a Meath win but it was a Draw?

Meath infamously won the 2010 Leinster SFC final in contentious style when a late Joe Sheridan goal was allowed despite television replays suggesting it should have been ruled out, robbing Louth of a victory.
A county board meeting is expected pending evidence of Saturday’s mishap.
