What did ball-boys ever do to upset the folks at Stamford Bridge?
Ex-Chelsea midfielder Kevin de Bruyne is the latest curmudgeon to have it out with a ball-boy, when playing for Wolfsburg against Eintracht Frankfurt on Tuesday.

The Belgian was none-too-happy with the young lad when trying to keep Wolfsburg moving forward during their 1-1 draw.
And you can clearly make out the words “Get the ball, you motherfucker!” that were picked up by the pitchside microphones.
While it does sound oddly like the accent of a cranky Irishman, we’re reliably informed by the fantastic folks over at Bild, that it is indeed the voice of the 23-year-old.
This incident raises questions about why Chelsea folk hate ball-boys so very much.
De Bruyne’s former club teammate and fellow countryman Eden Hazard was sent off in a Capital One Cup game away to Swansea for appearing to kick a ball-boy who was refusing to give the ball back.
And De Bruyne’s ex-manager Jose Mourinho is also known for his lack of a friendly reputation with ball-boys.
What’s next? John Terry enjoying a dalliance with a ball-boys mother? Diego Costa stamping on a young lad’s shin? ‘When will it end?
