In case you didn't know John Cena is still one tough son-of-a gun. And he proved it last night when he tweeted a bonkers video of him in the gym benching 440lbs, which in old money is over 31 stone. That's like two of us and then some...after a fat week. We know pro wrestlers have to be strong but this is ridiculous
