It was good, but it would hardly scare a cat up a tree.
Last Saturday produced one of the best Haka war dances by the All Blacks, minutes before they tore limbs off the French at the Millennium Stadium.
Today, ahead of the World Cup semi-final, Keven Mealamu led another Haka.
It did not have the same oomph; the same sense of menace.
The reigning Rugby World Cup champions are ready. The Haka lays down the challenge. It’s time. #RSAvNZL https://t.co/QdcKDYfTmk

Perhaps that explains why New Zealand made such a nervy start – kicking balls out on the full and giving away penalties.
They fell behind to a Handré Pollard penalty before Jerome Kaino’s converted try edged them in front. Pollard answered back with three penalties of his own to make it 12-7 at the break.
Focking haka. Ridiculous nonsense. Not that I'm watching.

I would love to be involved in a Haka before a big game. Imagine how pumped up you'd be doing that! #AllBlacks https://t.co/jH24vU5l7D
