They said it couldn’t be done. They said you couldn’t simultaneously score a conversion and a drop goal.
Despite the fact that no one’s really certain who “they” are, in this instance, “they” are right.
However, Moseley Rugby player Caolan Ryan managed to successfully complete a drop goal slightly after firing over a conversion, which is pretty damn close.
