Shtone mad for speed

No slowing down for Thierry Neuville

Not even a massive piece of wood emerging from the rear right panel of his car could stop the  Belgian driver finishing today’s second-last stage of the Poland Rally.

The Hyundai driver, as well as co-driver Nicolas Gilsoul, rolled their car on a bend  during the 18th stage of the rally before landing back on four wheels again and driving on their merry way

The only thing was they had some extra weight to carry to the finish line.

The footage from inside the car shows the lead up to the crash.

He didn’t let it affect him too much as he still ended the race in sixth overall, while Irish duo of Kris Meeke and Paul Nagle came home seventh.
