Nate Diaz caught the UFC Tonight crew completely off guard on Wednesday night.
The top-ranked lightweight made an appearance on UFC Tonight this week with the main focus of the interview being on his victory over Conor McGregor at UFC 196 and the possibility of a rematch at UFC 200.
Diaz was quizzed about all things McGregor from the Notorious’ trademark acerbic tongue to what weight he hopes to fight the featherweight champion at in the rumoured rematch.
However, Diaz asked one question during the broadcast that the UFC Tonight crew didn’t seem to know how to respond to.

MMA Hour host Ariel Helwani broke the news earlier that day that he would be cutting ties with UFC on Fox, meaning that he would no longer be appearing on UFC Tonight.
Understandably, when Diaz asked where he “was at”, Michael Bisping and Kenny Florian could only give an awkward laugh and quickly brush over the question.
I wanted to let you know that I've parted ways with the UFC on FOX. That means I'll no longer be appearing (cont) https://t.co/0s5UIeaHYw
