Two of our favourite things in one furious package.
“The advice I’d give Stan is to run… fast!”
Conor McGregor has an overloaded, rollicking raft of sponsorship and media commitments so you can’t blame him when he occasionally misses out on tweeting on time.
The second season of superhero romp Iron Fist kicked off on Netflix last Friday, March 17. McGregor has been up to his eyeballs with supporting Michael Conlan’s pro boxing debut and preparing for the arrival of his first child.
Perhaps that is why he only got to retweet a lush promo for the show, which includes himself and ESPN Sportscenter’s Stan Verrett, today.
The premise of the advert is that Verrett challenges McGregor to a dust-up after the pair bump shoulders at ESPN’s Los Angeles offices.
No word of whether ‘The Notorious’ will be throwing down with Iron Fist himself but, where he is concerned, we wouldn’t be surprised.
