One man, who is yet to make an appearance on a golf course this season, but who is on the comeback trail, is, of course, Tiger Woods.
The 14-time major winner has been spotted playing some practice rounds in America recently and Lowry, speaking to Off the Ball, would love to see the former world number-one back in action.
It’s not just for seeing what Woods might be able to do on the biggest day, but also for a selfish reason that any golfer could empathise with.
"I'd like to get a game of golf with Tiger Woods. It's something that I've always said, I grew up watching him. He was one of my heroes. It'd be great to see him back. "It'd be great to see him back. I don't know how good he's going to be when he comes back. I mean the top of world golf now is very strong at the minute, so it would be amazing to see Tiger back up there and it would be great to go head-to-head with him."
