The GAA-GPA All-Star awards didn’t throw up too many curve balls tonight at the convention centre.
Dublin dominated with seven of the 15 spots on the Team of the Year, while Kerry secured four and Mayo took home two awards. Monaghan and Tyrone grabbing one each.
However, some GAA fans appears to be unhappy with one player in particular picking up an award for his performances in 2015.

Aidan O’Shea gave an incredible performance against Sligo in the Connacht Championship, and he continued that form into the All-Ireland quarter-final against Donegal.
The Breaffy man was well shackled by Dublin in both semi-finals however, and grabbed just one score over the two games.
His inclusion tonight angered several GAA fans, who felt that the forward was lucky to pick up an All-Star award at the expense of Dublin’s Paddy Andrews.
Paddy Andrews can feel hard done by as did v well in semi and final ( games that really count to stand up in ) #Allstars2015

@GAAHits Paddy Andrews should have one instead of Aidan O'Shea or Donnacha Walsh (although he should have won one years ago) #GAAallstars

Although some felt that O’Shea was deserving of an award, just in a different position.

@Slyone1069 what more did Sean Quigley have to do to get an All Star ahead of Aidan O Shea?

And people on the SportsJOE Facebook page also felt aggrieved.
