Wes Hoolahan was at his string-pulling best for Norwich, this afternoon, in a 1-1 draw with Everton.
The former Shelbourne midfielder scored the Canaries’ equaliser and set up what should have been the winner.
Going into the final 20 minutes, Hoolahan played a lovely reverse pass to Cameron Jerome before sprinting into the box.
Hoolahan found a great position in the box and, surrounded by two Toffees defenders, found Jerome with a delightful backheel.
The former Birmingham City striker merely had to tap the ball in but blazed over from just outside the six-yard box.
Post-match, Norwich manager Alex Neil refused to blame Jerome on the two points dropped.
We wonder what he said once the dressing room door was closed.
