Who are you? And what have you done with Martin Skrtel?
Liverpool still haven’t replaced Luis Suarez, and most likely never will. The Uruguayan was in incredible form during the 2013/14 Premier League season.
Suarez and Daniel Sturridge scored 62 goals between them, and pushed Liverpool agonisingly close to the title.
The SAS were broken up when Suarez departed for Barcelona, and Sturridge succumbed to injuries. But, never fear, the SAS part two could be on show at Anfield next season; Sakho and Skrtel.
The central defensive duo linked up for this goal in training today, as Mamadou floated the ball in for Martin to hammer it home.Okay, so they’re unlikely to get over 60 goals next season, but they’ve probably as much chance as B&B; Fabio Borini and Mario Balotelli.
