“Sometimes the beat controls you.”
Sam Allardyce can definitely attest to Danny Ings’ philosophy on dance music.
The Sunderland manager was caught busting a move while on holidays in Marbella recently and you can’t really blame him after he secured the Black Cats’ place in the top flight at the expense of local rivals Newcastle.
Ings has a little bit less to celebrate after having his debut Liverpool season upended by a serious knee ligament injury but the 23-year-old striker looks absolutely delighted to have returned to fitness.
The former Burnley forward was never going to be in contention for a spot at Euro 2016 given his injury-plagued campaign but it looks as though Ings is enjoying his time off.

Ings posted footage of himself testing the durability of his knee with some dodgy dancing during a break in Ibiza.
He has some way to go to equal the passion of Big Sam but it’s easily more impressive than the rug-cutting abilities of Roberto Martinez and Alan Pardew.
