The Chelsea boss oversaw his side’s sixth defeat of the season today, three more than the Blues suffered in the whole of last season, and his post-match interview quickly became a drinking game that we’re 100% going to try.
Taking a slug off your drink for every “nothing” uttered by Mourinho would lead to nine swift tips down the gullet and, in all likelihood, a vomit in the sink.
Mourinho’s future at Stamford Bridge has been in doubt for a few weeks now and the 22nd goal conceded by the Blues this season will have done nothing to secure his job.
In between his nine utterances of “nothing,” Mourinho found time to explain that “the fans aren’t stupid,” when asked about whether or not he should address the unhappy supporters who sang his name throughout Chelsea’s 3-1 home defeat to Liverpool.
