Raheem Sterling must have started missing the days when his finishing ability was being slated online.
The Manchester City winger was never known as a clinical finisher but he was beginning to show a bit of an improvement in front of goal since moving to the Etihad in the summer.
But all the “Sterling can’t finish” jokes came streaming back to the Twittersphere when the England international sent a gilt edge chance wide late on in City’s 1-0 defeat at Juventus.
