Ramires isn’t exactly an imposing figure but, when angry, it takes a lot more than one man to hold him back.
The former Chelsea midfielder became one of many recent big-name signings to make the move to the Chinese Super League, heading to Jiangsu Suning on a four-year deal in January.
But the lucrative deal signed by Ramires doesn’t look to have made him very happy.
The Brazil international lost his cool following his side’s 2-1 defeat to Shandong Luneng Taishan on Saturday.
After being shown a red card on the final whistle, Ramires made a beeline for the referee.
Luckily, his teammates were just about to keep a lid on things but the tenacious midfielder was dogged in his attempts to get at the official.
Imagine the headline news this would make if it happened in the Premier League.
