This makes for some unhappy watching from a certain Mr Aguero.
Yaya Toure has named his perfect team and there are some questionable decisions that won’t make him a popular man in the City dressing room.
The Ivorian has left Sergio Aguero, David Silva and himself out of the side which is very El Clasico heavy with four players from Real Madrid and five from Toure’s former club Barcelona.
The two remaining places are reserved for German duo Mats Hummels and Bastian Schweinsteiger.
With Ronaldo and Messi up front you’d have to say it’s a strong side but we have some serious doubts in relation to team balance with uncertainty about Dani Alves working as a wing-back/right winger, especially with Iniesta on the opposite flank.
Also we think it’s a little premature to award James Rodriguez a spot in the forward line with candidates like Luis Suarez, Aguero and Nicklas Bendtner floating around.
Perhaps the biggest crime of all comes with Yaya breaking the heat of his poor brother Kolo who we don’t think would get close to the hypothetical reserve team of the Man City midfielder.
