Mamadou Sakho made one little lad’s day after Liverpool’s FA Cup win yesterday.
The defender made his way over to the away section of Selhurst Park after full-time and gave his jersey to the youngster as the Liverpool fans chanted his name. The lad looks absolutely chuffed with the jersey.
Sakho’s gesture topped off what would’ve been an already enjoyable day for the fan, who saw his team come from a goal down to win 2-1 and was rewarded for his eight hour, 440-mile round trip trip from Liverpool to London with Sakho’s jersey.
A great day and a great gesture from Sakho.
