Last weekend we saw Anfield say goodbye to one of the best midfielders ever to lace his boots and Barcelona have found themselves in the same position.
Tonight sees the last home league game that Barca will play this season and, with Xavi leaving for Qatar in the summer, the Camp Nou faithful made sure to give the legend a fitting tribute.
Ahead of kick-off, a giant banner was unfurled from the stands displaying a photograph of the iconic Spaniard.

Barcelona had already wrapped up La Liga before they hosted Deportiva La Coruna this evening and a stunning mosaic celebrated their position as champions.
