As a neutral, your mind races between “can the ‘keeper actually get his head on this?” and “if the other team counter, we could see a Xabi Alonso here!”
Oh what an exciting moment.
Well we got the former yesterday as home side Gubbio found themselves 1-0 down in the 92nd minute to Grosseto when Antony Iannarilli popped up in the box and headed home a corner kick to earn his side a point in the Lego Pro Group B.
While the marking may have been questionable from Grosseto, that does nothing to quench our giddy glee.
