RTE pundit Eamon Dunphy wasn’t impressed with Manchester United’s performance against Wolfsburg, despite Louis van Gaal’s side winning the tie 2-1 at Old Trafford.
Dunphy said United were a “shambles” in the second half, and also had some choice words for Wayne Rooney.
According to Dunphy, the United captain may be “burnt out”, and appeared to have some sympathy for the player.
Before saying Rooney is “playing in his comfort zone” and merely “doing what comes easy to him.”
