Kevin McGillicuddy

Stephanie Roche is the only woman in shortlist for world’s best goals.

Technique, precision and pure class.

No, not SportsJOE but all words that sums up the unbelievable strike from Stephanie Roche in October of 2013 that has helped her make a world top ten best goals shortlist.

The strike was scored by the Peamount woman against Wexford Youths last year.

She’s in decent company for this year’s FIFA Puskás Award with  Tim Cahill, Diego Costa, Marco Fabian, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Pajtim Kasami, James Rodriguez, Camilo Sanvezzo, Hisato Sato and Robin van Persie making up the shortlist.

You can watch all ten goals below if you want but we can tell you now that Stephanie’s is the best.
