Barcelona will be waiting with bated breath to find out the extent of Lionel Messi’s injury after the Argentine was forced off in Saturday’s clash against Las Palmas.
Messi went down clutching his knee after being challenged when he was just about to shoot and was immediately replaced.
He was dogged by various injuries during the 2013/14 season – when Barcelona won only the Supercopa de España (the equivalent of the Community Shield) – but returned to full fitness and form in last year’s treble-winning campaign…
