It’s been a crazy, accumulator destroying, FA Cup shock-tastic day of football.
Premier League giants Manchester City, Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur all lost at home, Yaya Sanogo and Marouane Chamakh scored for Crystal Palace and Manchester United are now favourites for the competition. Less than 24 hours after drawing with Cambridge United, the lowest ranked team remaining in the cup.
The oldest trophy in world football visited SportsJOE towers earlier this week, it it appears we may have put a hex on the top teams.
Jose Mourinho’s team were two goals ahead and cruising, only to lose 2-4 to League One Bradford City. City lost 2-0 to Middlesborough and Champions League chasing Spurs and Southampton both crashed out of the competition, the latter at the hands of dynamic due Sanogo and Chamakh.
