It’s official, the world has gone mental.
Chelsea are the Premier League champions and everyone’s thrilled for them, right?
No… well, surely everyone’s delighted that veteran John Terry got to captain his side to another triumph?
Yeah, the English defender isn’t all that likeable to neutrals either, we suppose. However, he has received a very muscular pat on the back from a very unlikely source – WWE vice-president Triple H (real name: Paul Michael Levesque).
The wrestling superstar took some time out of his busy schedule to personally congratulate John Terry on winning the Premier League title. His congratulatory tweet featured an image of the Blues captain holding up a specially customised WWE title belt, complete with Chelsea side plates… for some reason.

We’re not sure if it’s real, if it’s a photoshop or why on Earth the wrestler cared enough to send out a tweet.
We have it on good authority (a younger person told us) that Triple H is a heel, so perhaps he’s playing up this persona with the social media post.
Personally, we’re just too old to understand what’s going on. So we’ll go back to sucking on Werthers’ Originals while practicing our knitting technique. All this young people stuff is very overwhelming.
