Welcome to silly season, everyone.
The transfer rumour mill is spinning rapidly so let’s dive right in.
SportsJOE are reporting that The Telegraph are reporting that the Essex Chronicle are reporting that Liverpool are facing stiff competition from West Ham United in the chase for Andre Ayew. The Ghanaian who hit 12 goals in his first Premier League season is a Fantasy Football dream but it seems that Jurgen Klopp wouldn’t mind a bit of him either and the £16m price tag isn’t scaring anyone away. The £75,000-a-week wage demands might though.
With all the talk that Jeff Hendrick deserves a move to a bigger club, that he will move to a bigger club, Burnley are said to be upping their bid for the Irish 24-year-old with offers as much as £8m but the Dubliner is ready to reject them and stay put at Derby. Apparently. (The Mirror)
Fans of some giant clubs really want Jeff Hendrick and why the hell shouldn't he get a big move? https://t.co/refqMAkLRQ

Rather than waste all of our time with another Paul Pogba story, just know that his move to Manchester United is even closer than the last time it was even closer. It’s more imminent than the last time it was imminent too and reports in Italy are saying that the Frenchman is set to have a medical with the club on Friday in Los Angeles. (Gazzetta World)
In the most non-Arsenal move ever, Arsene Wenger confirmed that the club are looking for another “attacking option”. With Arsenal fans constantly whinging in the search of a new striker, despite a striker scoring for them on Thursday night, the manager didn’t however confirm if he meant “attacking option” as another 5 foot 4 midfielder who likes to play in the hole but will be shoved out wide anyway.

Those words of Wenger’s could just be in anticipation of losing a key player in the shape of Aaron Ramsey. Apparently Manchester City are mad after the Welshman and The Gunners should’ve thought about who they were dealing with before they tried to scare a ludicrously rich City off with £50m. They wipe their arses with £50m over in the Etihad. They’ve spent similar on Raheem bloody Sterling for God’s sake. (The Mirror)
