Bill Shankly would be proud, or disturbed.

Some fans go to incredible feats to follow their favourite teams, spending hard earned money, valuable time and undertaking long journey’s to cheer on the club they’ve supported all their lives.

Irish sport fans in particular are often called “the best supporters in the world.” However, have any of them ever dressed up as the Bill Shankley statue?

Well, this Thai Liverpool fan has.

Liverpool took on a Thai All-Star team earlier today in Bangkok, winning 4-0, and undoubtedly pleasing their legion of fans in the country.

The lad above was spotted outside the Rajamangala Stadium, and his costume is eerily statue-like. The crazy dedicated fan’s outfit is in honour of the famous statue of former manager Bill Shankly that sits outside Anfield.

Liverpool fans in Thailand come from all age groups. Like Kannapat, who at 18 months is already a better dancer than Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge.
