There was a pretty sparse crowd at Richard Dunne’s comeback game

Nice day for it

Another six-goal thriller.

Richard Dunne made his return from injury after a two-month lay-off and there was not much of a crowd there to check it out.

While the Manchester United Under-21s often play at Old Trafford, QPR’s youngsters make do with their training ground at Harlington.

Dunne injured knee ligaments on February 7 but was deemed fit enough to start for the R’s Under-21 team, against Millwall, in the Professional Development League Two South clash.

Dunne played 81 minutes of the match before he was withdrawn for an attacking midfielder, Jack Williams.

As it turned out, the match finished in a 3-3 draw. It was an exciting pre-cursor to the senior team’s 3-3 draw away to Aston Villa.

Such a shame that there was so few witness the spectacle.
