The number of football banning orders has dropped in England and Wales.
According to a report in the Daily Mirror, there were a total of 2,181 active banning orders in England and Wales between September 4 2014 and September 8 2015.
This figure represents a four percent drop from 2013-14 and is the fourth consecutive year that numbers have fallen.
The report also explains that one fan can have multiple banning orders, so the figures don’t necessarily relate to the number of supporters who are currently subjected to a ban.
In terms of new banning orders, all of last season’s Premier League teams have been ranked in the list below in accordance with the amount of banning orders they received.
