We'd only just got over the shock that Hector Bellerin is the fastest player (over 40 metres) to ever line-out for Arsenal, and then we saw this list. The Arsenal defender doesn't even make it, such is the lightning speeds recorded. 20. Ashley Williams The Swansea defender clocked 20.98mph 19. Joel Ward 21.03mph from the Crystal Palace full-back. 18. Eden Hazard Ah here, only 18th? The Chelsea winger recorded 21.05mph, but chances are very few players on this list could run as fast as him with the ball. He's recorded a slower time than Phil Jageilka, but Hazard will have to content with being the league's best player, and a league title. 17.
