It will be strange seeing Steven Naismith playing in a kit without a hint of blue in it.
The versatile Everton forward is set to secure his move to Norwich this week in a deal worth £8 million (€11 million).
The former Kilmarnock and Rangers man has fallen down the pecking order at Goodison Park this season, starting only four Premier League games since opening day but has remained a goal threat whenever given the chance, memorably putting Chelsea to the sword with a ‘perfect’ hat-trick after coming off the bench in the 9th minute.
Scotland international Naismith has made over 100 appearances for the Toffees since signing in 2012 and is expected to finally get the move that almost took place in the summer but Everton rejected Norwich’s approaches.
It’s understood that Canaries boss Alex Neil sees Naismith as a key component if he is to keep Norwich afloat in the Premier League after being promoted.
