No matter where your football allegiances lie, you’ve got to have some sympathy for John Hartson here.
The former Welsh international was in the BBC studio for his country’s Euro 2016 clash with England, joining fellow Welshman Dean Saunders and former England internationals Gary Lineker, Rio Ferdinand and Alan Shearer.
Having seen Wales lead through a Gareth Bale free-kick at half time, it seemed that Wales would earn a point after Jamie Vardy had equalised not long after the break.
But up popped Daniel Sturridge to toe poke Wales to a last-gasp defeat.
With Lineker, Ferdinand and Shearer leaping to their feet, Hartson hardly moves. Although he almost certainly contemplated smashing up the studio and throwing Rio Ferdinand into the River Seine, he manages to keep it all in.
That stare though. We’ll have nightmares about that.
Amazing scenes in the studio after #ENG's winner against #WAL! 🎉 https://t.co/LYzulC1rN5
