Ruben Amorim has given an update regarding the condition of Joshua Zirkzee following his injury against Newcastle as well as provided a return date.
Man United have struggled massively this season and the number of injuries they have picked up has not helped their cause.
In the Red Devil's most recent of drubbings in a 4-1 loss to Newcastle, Joshua Zirkzee looked to be a bright spark in what has coincided in a decent spell of form for the player.
Sadly for Zirkzee, his afternoon was cut short when he pulled up with a bad looking muscle injury to his hamstring.
Now, Amorim confirmed this afternoon in a press conference that the Dutch forward will be out injured for the rest of season, much to the disappointment of Man United fans.
While Zirkzee has struggled this season, like much of the Man United team, he has looked like one of the more promising players, impressing with his quick feet and link up play.
The 23-year-old has scored seven goals and gotten three assists in 48 games.
