An absolute stunner
Real Madrid have unveiled their new home kit for the 2022/23 campaign, designed by adidas, and it has potential to be one of the nicest in football next season.
Los Blancos have revealed the new shirt in recognition of the club’s 120th anniversary which will see the shirt feature a collar as well as a retro-style number and name font.
As well as the traditional white, the shirt also features purple detailing which is said to celebrate Madrid’s “past, present and future.”

Upon revealing the kit, manufacturers adidas said: “Off the back of another victorious Real Madrid season, the jersey honours the past whilst celebrating GRANDEZA, – the spirit of greatness that has united the players, fans and club over the past 120 years.
“The club’s rich history is also commemorated with a unique symbol printed inside the neck, as Real Madrid continues to bring impossible moments to life and make history with GRANDEZA.
“Inspired by the club’s legacy, the jersey sports the iconic white and logo of Real Madrid, partnered with purple detailing, to celebrate the past, present and future, as the club marks its 120th year anniversary.”

The shirt has been made from recycled materials
Madrid also revealed that the shirt will use recycled materials and has been designed to ensure players remain cool and dry when playing.
