Tony Pulis is a man who prides himself on his pragmatism.
His teams have often been accused of being boring, sacrificing everything beautiful in search of the most efficient way possible to grind out the results.
It seems that this outlook extends to his life outside of football too, as the Welshman is more interested in telling than spelling when picking his team.
In just a small section of his team sheet for Sunday’s game against Manchester United, Pulis misspelled the names of four players – Salomon Rondon, James McClean, Rickie Lambert and Sebastien Pocognoli.
