Remember Gary Neville was saying he wasn’t interested in the Manchester United job?
He probably won’t have to worry about it, to be honest.
Another day, another Valencia defeat.
A 1-0 loss to Real Betis saw the former Sky Sports legend (ah, the good old days) take his side to 13th in La Liga table – 10 points off sixth place, 20 points off fourth.
Pressure is mounting on the England assistant manager who is struggling in his first hot seat job but fans’ patience has worn very thin.
After the game on Sunday, a picture started doing the rounds showing Gary Neville in the front seat taking no end of abuse from the supporters.
The photo was first spotten before the game though but we reckon they’re not too happy, nonetheless.
Real Betis, coincidentally, have won just twice at home all season. That was against Gary Neville’s Valencia… and David Moyes’ Real Sociedad.
