Paulo Dybala announced himself on the elite stage of European football in some style on Tuesday night.
Dybala scored twice in Juventus’ 3-0 win over Barcelona in the Champions League quarter-final first-leg in Italy.
The 23-year-old Argentine forward, who has drawn comparisons with Lionel Messi, outshone the Barcelona star in Turin, and his two first-half goals could secure Juve a place in the semi-finals of the competition.
Regardless of whether Barcelona complete another miraculous comeback in the second-leg, as they did in the previous round against Paris Saint-Germain, Dybala has extremely promising career ahead of him.
The forward’s performance made people sit up and take notice, and many reckon Dybala will be off to Real Madrid after his heroics against their bitter rivals.
