The nostalgia.
Were you even a kid growing up if you didn’t have a pair of Adidas Predators?
The poor mothers and fathers all around the country had to fork out a couple of hundred quid every Christmas and birthday as a new pair of Predators would hit the market.
It has been three years since the last edition and a long time since the classic editions of the Predators.
The 2002 edition may well be the most iconic when David Beckham wore them at the World Cup but now the good men and women at Adidas have opted to shake things up.
Announcing the boot with a slick trailer starring Paul Pogba, the new boots are a far cry from the ones of yesteryear.

The Predator 18+ doesn’t come cheap though with the Adidas website advertising them at €329.95 but they do look stellar and can be found in Irish retailers in the region of €300.
Adidas’ latest boots are now available for pre-order with the official launch date set for 29 November.
