"The biggest decision was bringing Roy Keane in," O'Neill said.
"He has been absolutely phenomenal. Phenomenal. I couldn't be more delighted with him. He's an iconic figure here, and sometimes he polarises opinion, (but) certainly not in the dressing room, and we're all delighted with him."O'Neill went on to praise the other members of his backroom team, including Seamus McDonagh, Steve Walford and Steve Guppy, saying he "couldn't be more pleased" with their contribution.
