One in, one out.

Manchester United are reported to have renewed their interest in Toni Kroos, which is bad news for Louis van Gaal.

The Real Madrid midfielder was believed to have been chased by United two years ago when David Moyes of all people was said to have the deal all but done.

However, Louis van Gaal’s arrival scuppered those plans for the German who ended up moving to Madrid instead.

The Mirror are reporting now that Manchester United are back n the chase for Kroos which raises more question marks over van Gaal’s future.

According to The Mirros, the 26-year-old is among a number of targets on the Old Trafford list this summer.

“Kroos] as been linked with moves away from Real Madrid and he has said in the past he would like to play in English football,” the report reads.

“United are also in the hunt for a new striker with Everton’s Romelu Lukaku and Borussia Dortmund superstar Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang on their hit-list.”
